Review for Alanna at Park Meadows Store We came in this morning with our two young kiddos looking to buy a couch for our new home. We weren't familiar with Lovesac and Alanna was so incredibly helpful, patient, and detail oriented! Honest assessment; the Couch itself is very well made, very sturdy and comfortable. I do like how modular it is and while simple as in not complicated, it is a bit difficult to wrangle physically. However the service is terrible...both at the store on home office. We did not get all the pieces as ordered, called to correct it, was assured I would receive all the pieces as originally configured. When we walked in all of the employees were talking together and they looked annoyed. We asked how much a product was and the blonde employee gave a short answer without explaining anything else about the product. My boyfriend asked if the product ever goes on sale and the guy behind the counter said “that is with the deal” abruptly.
