Well built product. Designed to fit our room and style preferences. Super helpful staff, during design and post delivery. Don't send me the product and make me install every piece of fabric on every piece after spending $8,000. I didn't realize it would ship like this. I have rheumatoid arthritis and it was very tough on me to spend hours stretching and pulling the tight fitting covers over every piece. Love the product overall!
From the minute we walked in we knew we were going to be delighted with the offerings. We were greeted by Katie and the conversation started. As she was asking us questions she was physically showing us examples of what we were talking about, the depth of the seat cushions, did we want storage or not and how many sections we wanted. Great location to see and try out the products. Not a high pressure situation and the sales reps like Malcom know their product in and out.
First I must say the staff at this location has always been pleasant and helpful. This review is in warning of Lovesacs warranty. My couch needed new cushions and coverings 3 years after purchase. It had been TWO months dealing with warranty (no I’m not kidding). They sent me a partial replacement, the wrong replacement, and now I’ve been asking for the correct remaining pieces for a full month. You can only communicate with their warranty team over email and when you call in the call center will not help and refer you there... read more
Ask for Malcom! Malcolm at the Park Meadows location in Denver, Colorado is the model associate. He was the first to approach us in the store (young couple, late 20s), and immediately began answering every single question we had about the sactionals. He was patient, knowledgeable, and attentive; even going back to re-explain each configuration for us several times.
