I can’t review the couch because mine never was delivered. I can give an honest review and timeline of my experience and how I was lied to multiple times once I made an order. My experience in store was great I ordered a sectional, and quite a bit of accessories. I got a tracking number and delivery date I got rid of my furniture in anticipation of the couch arriving the next day. Instead all that arrived was the pillowsac chair and an ottoman cover. Well built product. Designed to fit our room and style preferences. Super helpful staff, during design and post delivery. Don't send me the product and make me install every piece of fabric on every piece after spending $8,000. I didn't realize it would ship like this. I have rheumatoid arthritis and it was very tough on me to spend hours stretching and pulling the tight fitting covers over every piece. Love the product overall!
