Very friendly service from their sellers, but When it comes to making a change, they may do it, but if they have to give you credit, they won't give it to you even if they keep telling you they're going to deposit it. They've tricked us for several months with a credit for a change we made at that store. They've told us time and again that it will arrive, and it's been almost a year. Outstanding experience at the Lovesac Gables location. 6 months after getting our couch, we still could not make it work, however with the help of the Gables team we are now incredibly happy. They went above and beyond.
