I purchased a lovesac sactional two weeks ago from this showroom. The salesperson was very friendly and the couch was very comfortable. I was told that since the warehouse was not very far I was likely to receive the couch in 3 days and it would be delivered by fedex so I would be able to track my order. Two weeks later and I have not yet received my order -- the order tracking website is an absolute nightmare. The information provided is not accurate and not very helpful.
