Great customer service! ✨ Catharine the store manager provided a fantastic presentation, upbeat vibes, and helped us select and customize a new couch for our home!
We went to the showroom to get more information about a couch and ended up ordering one after getting such great service! The guys working explained the pros and cons of the different fabrics, ways to arrange the couch, and took the time to make sure we felt good about our options. We never felt rushed or ignored, it was a delightful couch-buying experience which was a relief. Highly recommend!
Jaye was extremely helpful and thorough with helping us pick out our Lovesac sectional. Jaye made the whole process so much easier. Will definitely be returning to this location in the future.
