Savana was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in our decision to buy a sactional couch. She was patient while we asked a million questions about fabric, layout and pricing and was kind to our wild children who were in the store with us. Thank you for a great experience!
Not cheap furniture but if I knew it was not comfortable and that we had to put every piece together that takes hours I would've never bought it. Nothing as easy as the videos show you. I wanted this brand for years and finally broke down and I'm so disappointed.

Just purchased a $10,000+ couch and when it arrived in the 30+ boxes, I started to notice cushions weren’t the same. After doing some research with the store it was discovered the girl who sold us the coach charged us for the more expensive cushions which we never wanted. Lovesac then sends me more boxes of the base,back, pillows etc like entire sections that I have to unbox, rebox and take to shipping to get my refund.
