I stopped into Lovesac just to explore, and ended up having a positive experience. I only purchased a Sac, but Austin treated me like a valued customer from the moment I walked in. He was very knowledgeable and patient as I tested out the different sizes and deliberated. The whole visit felt relaxed and pressure‑free, which I really appreciated. I haven’t received my CitySac yet, but based on the in‑store experience alone, I’d absolutely recommend this location.

They showed me how easily customizable their couches are and I have no doubt that any other moves I'll have in the future this couch can go along with me.
