Fantastic experience and service! We purchased a sectional six months ago, and it's fabulous. When we visited the store, Austin was incredibly helpful, explained all aspects of the purchase, and continued to check in after delivery. Because delivery of a custom-order pillow was long delayed, Lovesac generously started the return window from the date of the pillow delivery, not the earlier delivery of the sectional. I had an idea of what I wanted for my Sactional but had never owned one before… Elizabeth made the whole experience extremely efficient and was helpful throughout - answering all my questions and showing me every single option before helping me to narrow down what would be best for my family and my space! Super helpful without being pushy at all which I truly appreciate. Overall a seamless couch shopping experience and so excited for our couch to arrive!
10/10 Amazing customer service! We visited the Somerset location to inquire about a shipping hiccup. The team blew us away! They were incredibly helpful and quickly found a creative solution! I stopped into Lovesac just to explore, and ended up having a positive experience. I only purchased a Sac, but Austin treated me like a valued customer from the moment I walked in. He was very knowledgeable and patient as I tested out the different sizes and deliberated. The whole visit felt relaxed and pressure‑free, which I really appreciated. I haven’t received my CitySac yet, but based on the in‑store experience alone, I’d absolutely recommend this location.
