My visit to Lovesac was my third trip before deciding to finally purchase. On all of my visits I was greeted by the friendly staff who was very patient and knowledgeable about their products. Upon my last visit it was great to have no pressure from the store manager as he answered my final questions and started processing my purchase. The in-store experience was absolutely part of the final reason I made my purchase along with a few upgrades and a gift for someone else on this third visit.
Great experience at the Lovesac Somerset store! My husband and I went in for one of the holiday sales and tested out the different seating, configuration, and fabric options. Evan was so patient with us and answered all of our questions over the course of probably 2 hours! So friendly and helpful, and we received our new couch right on time. Love the couch, love the purchasing process. Big fans of Lovesac and Evan (with the beard!)!
The sales staff weren’t pushy, were realistic, and let me mess with every product in the store to get exactly what I wanted, and answered my many, many questions. Thanks!
Sam and Logan are amazing and they're wizards with those blocks. The staff here really goes above and beyond.
