Tylor and his team are amazing! We went in and got our first set ever with them and they helped us build my dream couch. When it was delivered in no less than a week we were so excited! Unfortunately we were missing a set of covers so when I brought this to their attention they got to work in finding what happened to it. Within a week we got the covers! Definitely going back and adding more.
Ashley was great during my visit at Lovesac. She was able to determine what sofa configuration worked best and provided advice on fabrics and options. I highly recommend Lovesac to anyone looking for a high quality couch and premier customer service. The whole process was seamless and stressless. Thank you!
