Got kicked out for no good reason.
I was in the Lovesac store this past weekend and had an absolutely flawless experience. I was helped by an extremely knowledgeable and infinitely nice/patient associate named Rebekah who went above and beyond to tell me all the details around all the cushions, fabric covers - all the details I didn’t even realize I needed. Ended up leaving having ordered a couch and so excited for it to come. Rebekah an absolute gem and the whole experience was 11/10
Sweet modular couch.
Our Lovesac couch was the perfect fit for our lifestyle and home layout, but where I am really impressed is the customer service. Lovesac has the most accommodating and reasonable customer service I have dealt with in a long, long time.
