I went in looking to understand a little more about how the pieces all went together and my options for customizing to meet my room size. Via helped me. She was AMAZING. So patient and kind. Even when I changed my mind. She explained all of the different options I had and helped me to decide what would be best my needs. I am not an easy decision maker. Got kicked out for no good reason.
I was in the Lovesac store this past weekend and had an absolutely flawless experience. I was helped by an extremely knowledgeable and infinitely nice/patient associate named Rebekah who went above and beyond to tell me all the details around all the cushions, fabric covers - all the details I didn’t even realize I needed. Ended up leaving having ordered a couch and so excited for it to come. Rebekah an absolute gem and the whole experience was 11/10
