I purchased several items for Christmas and my daugther's birthday: 1) MovieSac Custom Cover (which has not been received but it was a 10 week lead time), 2) Pillow Sac, 3) Pillow Sac Frame, 4) Pillow Sac Cover, 5) Pillow Sac Junior, 6) Pillow Sac Jr Cover, 7) Pillow Sac Jr Frame. I won't comment on the Movie Sac cover yet as it probably isn't due for another few weeks. However, I never received the brass screws for one of my 2 pillow sac frames. Almost 2 months and still missing covers for the couch, still saying hopefully they will be in about another month. Not able to fully assemble the couch until the covers show up. Not impressed for the money, there are definitely better options than this!
Came in today while shopping for a sectional in the mall. The showroom is small, but has all the fabric samples and cushion types from the website to test out. The associate that helped us, Sydney, was super friendly and patient with all of our questions. Within 30 minutes, she had a quote for us and we were out the door. Definitely recommend checking out this location if you're looking for a new couch or beanbag chair.
Sydney was amazing and super helpful in helping us find our perfect sactional. I would definitely recommend stopping by the store if you have any questions about the couch and just being more informed to make the purchase. We would not have purchased the couch without Sydney’s awesome explanation and expertise. Thanks Sydney!
