Our experience at this location was great. We came in with lots of questions and Aidan answered all of them. They switched the configurations at the store for us to experience exactly what we were looking for. We kept constant communication through the text messaging system they have throughout the whole process (shopping, buying, delivery). Overrated. The bean bags are awesome, otherwise- not worth the money.
Terrible experience. Oversold us 3 unneeded pieces with covers and wrong pillows.
I wanted to post a quick review to address the timeline transparency and communication with the Princeton location. I was hesitant to order due to all the comments about shipping issues. Most important to me was the communication throughout the process. I would get regular text updates (from a person, not a robot) that our peices were about to ship, and then that they were going to be delivered. I could easily text back and ask questions if needed.
