Very uncomfortable. Had mine for years now (since 2019). Quickly moved it to storage/bonus room. Thought I would give it another try and replace the cushions that came with standard foam with Lovesoft. Order said it would take 4-6 weeks to ship. After waiting a few weeks I followed up and was told it would be 5 days before someone responded. No one responded. Followed up again indicating a desire to cancel. Immediately received a response cancelling my order. Garbage product and terrible customer service. DO NOT RECOMEND!!
There once was a beautiful princess who loved the idea of having a couch she could rearrange to fit the ever changing lifestyle of her family. The handsome prince was not amused.
