I received excellent customer service, and appreciate all of the options. It’s nice to be able to order all the right Pieces to design your own couch. Steve was my sales consultant and he was patient, knowledgeable and provided excellent ideas to help me. I highly recommend!
Cannot say enough about how happy I am with Lovesac! Manny and Steve were amazing and helped us determine what would be the perfect setup for our forever couch. After we received all our pieces and got them set up in our space, there were a couple items we wanted to swap out and Manny & Steve also were fantastic and helped us with that too.
