GARBAGE!!!! Worst purchase of my life. We spent over $10K on our couch. Every cushion cover is a different shade, doesn't match at all. The back pillows look like the cover is too large and look sagging and a total mess. Embarrassing to even have guests sit on it, not to mention that it is NOT COMFORTABLE at all. Don't waste your money.
I spent $12,000 on a LoveSac couch in August with an estimated delivery time of 8–10 weeks. What followed was months of delays, mistakes, and a complete lack of accountability from customer service. My wife and I visited the Lyndhurst store on 11/1. We were quickly greeted by the sales rep, Clark, who walked us through everything there was to know about Lovesac and the system. He answered all of our questions and was incredibly helpful. He made sure to put us as ease by reminding us that there was no sales commission, that he was really there to help us feel at ease considering the price of the couches. I've been eating the Lovesac chair. So we couldn't resist stopping in a store to see it in person when we were in the Cleveland area. The staff was helpful, but not pushy and knowledgeable without being showy. We went home to think about it and ordered one the next day. I put it together by myself. Easy! It's the perfect addition to our living room. Love our Lovesac!
