Even though I originally placed my order at the Nashua location—which has been dealing with phone issues—Rick stepped in without hesitation and provided absolutely outstanding customer service. He reassured me, followed up promptly, and made sure every question I had was taken care of. His professionalism and willingness to help truly stood out. Lovesac is lucky to have such a valuable team member. Highly recommend working with him!
