Hallie was absolutely fabulous and answered all 1,000 questions I had. I can’t wait for our Lovesac to arrive! We already plan to go back and talk to her about the couch. UPDATE 1 YEAR REVIEW: We still love it! It's incredibly comfortable and both my husband, myself and our 5 year old fit on the 5' size. HOWEVER, when they say to keep turning it over the first few months to break up the inside you HAVE to do it. HIGHLY recommend going to the showroom to purchase your lovesac if you are planning to buy. Hallie and her team we so helpful and efficient. When I had concerns about my order, Hallie was very responsive and confident in the process of delivery. I absolutely love my sactional, although the price is high, the quality is better than any I have experienced and it looks fantastic in my living room. I genuinely don't think we will buy another couch again.
Staff were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Devin took the time to walk us through everything we needed to know.
