I want to give a huge shout-out to Rick at the Lovesac Salem store. Even though I originally placed my order at the Nashua location—which has been dealing with phone issues—Rick stepped in without hesitation and provided absolutely outstanding customer service. He reassured me, followed up promptly, and made sure every question I had was taken care of. His professionalism and willingness to help truly stood out. Lovesac is lucky to have such a valuable team member. Highly recommend working with him!
The assistant showroom manager, Hallie C., went above and beyond to help me with a (very messy) return order. She took her time, she was thorough, and respectful. She demonstrated the best customer service I have experienced in years (with any company). Hallie’s positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile for me is greatly appreciated. Hallie was absolutely fabulous and answered all 1,000 questions I had. I can’t wait for our Lovesac to arrive! We already plan to go back and talk to her about the couch. UPDATE 1 YEAR REVIEW: We still love it! It's incredibly comfortable and both my husband, myself and our 5 year old fit on the 5' size. HOWEVER, when they say to keep turning it over the first few months to break up the inside you HAVE to do it.
