Such a bad experience! I went in with my husband and our 2 kids, looking for a cover, I didn’t know exactly what size I had so the cover can fit the luvsac, one of the girls was very nice but the white girl was so rude, she proceeded to ask me “let me get your email to search up what size you have” I said no its ok I dont want to give you my email its ok , then she proceeded to say “ OH ITS A HAND ME DOWN” to me it was the MOST RACIST THING EVER WE ARE CLEARLY HISPANIC. We went into the store in Roosevelt Field to do some research. We were greeted by Kayla. She is very knowledgeable in the product line. She demonstrated how the couch goes together and answered all of our questions. She even gave us swatches of fabric to take home. Overall it was a very positive experience. She is truly an asset to the company.
