As I am writing this comment I have been waiting to speak with a Customer Service representative for 1 hour and 14 minutes, having listened to how my call "is important to us" repeatedly every 40 seconds -- that is equivalent to over 111 times. The reason for our call is that their bank, Synchony, has charged us a late fee of $41.00!! for having paid eight days BEFORE the payment was due. Their processing systems are broken and there is no customer service at all.
Great experience at Lovesac! The furniture is comfortable, stylish, and feels very well made. The store was clean and inviting, and the staff especially Buket was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I really enjoyed the experience and would definitely recommend Lovesac to anyone looking for comfortable, high-quality furniture. Will definitely recommend this store at Roosevelt Field mall!😍
Brian is very knowledgeable and helpful in helping me with my purchase
Did not even say hi while we were in the store for 10minutes. Monday at 7:40pm
