I believe it’s Brian the store manager. He was great. Patient. 2 months later I called and he remember me. I needed to add 2 more pieces and he sent me a link to pay online and it was shipped to me. So convenient. So elevated. Very concierge like experience. Feels lux.
Such a bad experience! I went in with my husband and our 2 kids, looking for a cover, I didn’t know exactly what size I had so the cover can fit the luvsac, one of the girls was very nice but the white girl was so rude, she proceeded to ask me “let me get your email to search up what size you have” I said no its ok I dont want to give you my email its ok , then she proceeded to say “ OH ITS A HAND ME DOWN” to me it was the MOST RACIST THING EVER WE ARE CLEARLY HISPANIC.
