We went into the store in Roosevelt Field to do some research. We were greeted by Kayla. She is very knowledgeable in the product line. She demonstrated how the couch goes together and answered all of our questions. She even gave us swatches of fabric to take home. Overall it was a very positive experience. She is truly an asset to the company.
