I’ve always been interested in Lovesac sectional seating, especially because of the height difference between my husband and me (I’m 4'10", he’s 5'10"). If we buy a couch that fits me, he looks like a giant on it—and if we buy one that fits him, my feet don’t touch the floor. What I love about Lovesac is how customizable the sectionals are. Bad customer service. Still holding on to my payment made almost year ago. Sent me a check I never received and had to pay again due to there shipping error
The team here is incredibly helpful!! I ordered my first Lovesac couch from this location, and expanded it a few years later. They were extremely helpful in picking a new layout and making the ordering process a breeze. I just ordered new covers for the couch in a different color, and went in to match a paint sample to the new couch covers. Alex and the rest of the team made the process so easy.
