We went in with the intention of buying a few accessories for the Lovesacs we already have, which we made clear to the sales representative. While I understand that they have a job to do, we were bombarded with so many attempts to upsell us that we left with nothing. What’s worse, he followed us around within 2 feet the whole time we were in the store. It made for an extremely uncomfortable shopping experience. I appreciate customer service, but this was too much. I will not be shopping at this store in person again.
Jewel was so kind, polite, professional, and fun to speak with! We got our couch in 5 days of ordering which was amazing!

My spouse and I ordered a Lovesac online following the holiday and decided to go into a local store to see the selection configuration we made online. This store has friendly, knowledgeable Associates. In particular, I want to highlight the wonderful efforts of Doris who made us feel more comfortable with our decisions.
