Reggie is the absolute man! Went through a complete run through for all the "need to knows" and major differences in each of the options. We had a specific color in mind and a material that did not allow dog hair to stick so easily, and he recommended the Mondo Ultra Velvet, which he showed us in store and explained why he recommended it (we ordered this based on his recommendation). We went in with the intention of buying a few accessories for the Lovesacs we already have, which we made clear to the sales representative. While I understand that they have a job to do, we were bombarded with so many attempts to upsell us that we left with nothing. What’s worse, he followed us around within 2 feet the whole time we were in the store. It made for an extremely uncomfortable shopping experience. I appreciate customer service, but this was too much. I will not be shopping at this store in person again.

My spouse and I ordered a Lovesac online following the holiday and decided to go into a local store to see the selection configuration we made online. This store has friendly, knowledgeable Associates. In particular, I want to highlight the wonderful efforts of Doris who made us feel more comfortable with our decisions.
