Small store, but comprehensive in showing you what you need to know. Fantastic customer service from Finley. Loved the Sactionals.
The couch with the stealth speaker is insane ! I won’t lie about that but do not purchase this couch without assuring the store is gonna get you a guy to set it up They make it seem way easier than it is.. if I can make one recommendation for such an expensive couch, there needs to be white glove service with this company. That’s the only negative downfall.
This was a circle jerk
My husband and I were shopping for a new sectional. We came to Lovesac. the shopping experience was great, but when we started to assemble it, it was a lot more hard than the salesman told us in the store. It took 3 people and 4 hours to work on that.... I wish they would offer an assembly service, or just tell the truth about the nightmare of building it up. Luckily, the sofa is very comfortable.
