Had a great experience on Thursday visiting the store and working with Sales Associate, Jayla! She was so helpful, knew what she was talking about and helped guide us through selecting the perfect couch. Cannot wait for it to arrive!
The product is great (Sactional) - the customer service and experience is BAD. With promises not kept and bait & switch, this is three strikes you're out. Strike 1 - bonus item not honored - bait & switch While configuring in store, we were promised a free item (a Power Hub) if we purchased a certain amount - we did. The sales person configured the quote, presented it to us, we signed off and then while she was ringing us up her manager made her take the free item off. Ultimately we decide to still purchase. Bad customer service at Towson mall location - I was interested in buying but my phone was dead. While they had an outlet - they refused to let me use it while I shopped .. … saying they don’t allow people to hang out in the store — when I actually came to order - it was assumed I was not a valued customer - which made me decide not to shop there - 0 stars
