The product is great (Sactional) - the customer service and experience is BAD. With promises not kept and bait & switch, this is three strikes you're out. Strike 1 - bonus item not honored - bait & switch While configuring in store, we were promised a free item (a Power Hub) if we purchased a certain amount - we did. Bad customer service at Towson mall location - I was interested in buying but my phone was dead. While they had an outlet - they refused to let me use it while I shopped .. … saying they don’t allow people to hang out in the store — when I actually came to order - it was assumed I was not a valued customer - which made me decide not to shop there - 0 stars
