After an entire morning spent trying out couches, thank God for the Lovesac location in Westport. Our associate, Matt made the process extremely easy. He answered all our questions, made some suggestions without being salesy at all, and the whole process took less than a half hour. The more I'm thinking about this, the more I'm realizing this review is really about Matt. He deserves all the flowers and praise. If I lose my job it make millions selling these. All jokes aside I preach that this couch is the closest thing to god. I have the one with the speakers… O m g. Absolutely nuts 10/10 would recommend the investment. Also I lost my bass control sound remote and I called lovesac in Westport and Peter helped me a ton! Super easy to work with and professional. I’ve been dealing with this for months and he helped fix it in 10 minutes. Factory reset if anyone sees this!!!
Peter and crew were excellent — patient, knowledgable, and not at all pushy! It was a pleasure to work with them to learn more about a couch that might work for us. Highly recommend this location!
