WORKERS SO NICE
Went to store ready to buy in Louisville, KY today. Very poor experience. Will need to find another city. Salesperson was on the cell phone, dealing with a personal matter, while attempting to convince us they could assist us at the same time.
We purchased a sectional early Dec. I wasn’t told that it would arrive in 20+ boxes and need to be built. Ok fine. I hired a handyman to help just to discover that all the pieces aren’t here and some still haven’t let the warehouse. I ordered the most common color as I was told it was “available”. Two months after purchase I have garage full of boxes and a living room with 30+ sofa pieces sitting in a pile that can’t be assembled as I don’t have covers.
