I typically don't leave reviews, but the staff at this location is, by far, the friendliest staff I've encountered at a Lovesac location! I've been in a few different times because I haven't made up my mind yet & the staff are always patient & helpful! Even though the showroom is small, it is very well-organized, clean, & the staff have always gone above & beyond to let me know about all the different options available. We showed up to the store about 10 minutes ago. A gentleman greeted us and said “Sorry we are changing the fabric on one of the pieces. We’ll need you to come back in an hour”. We asked if we could just look at some fabrics before we leave and were told he didn’t want us in the store at the moment. Pretty crazy experience…
This is a very wonderful store and excellent service. My attention was drawn to a dream bed, I did not hesitate to buy it, it is very comfortable. Thank you very much to the heritage that made me sleep comfortably at night.
Awesome place, really nice employees, they have a lot of variety’s of different stuff and for a great price! Highly recommend coming here.
