Sean and Deacon were awesome! They helped us find the right material and couch layout. Great customer service! We’ll be back for the pillow sac chair one day!
They placed the wrong order for the wrong insert. I called they weren’t any help and didn’t take ownership. Now I’m struggling to get FedEx to pick up the wrong item so the company can send out the correct insert. This could have all been avoided if the sales person paid more attention to what was ordered.
I came in here with all intentions of buying a couch today, but left completely unsatisfied because of the customer service. The customer service was nonexistent. We walked in and wasn’t greeted. While I was walking around I had to ask several times what certain items were. My wife and I showroomed the Lovesac couches before Christmas and were finally able to pull the trigger this month. Our first experience was great, Sean listened to us and our needs and came up with a great design. Although we didn't buy then, his salesmanship skills definitely helped sell the couch.
