Great service from Shiv. Was a good experience start to finish and he really helped us decide on a couch without too much pressure. The couch shipped in a week even with the estimate was 1-3 weeks. Very happy with everything.

The sales person was so pushy. Went in ready to buy but I was in the store 5 seconds before someone tried to start selling and didn't stop talking the whole time I was in there. Just let me look for a few minutes, stop asking me after 60 seconds which one am I planning to buy. Their team needs some customer focused training. Stop trying to sell and listen. Your customer will tell you everything you need to know.
Jordan is a phenomenal representative of the company. Her knowledge and passion is what helped my wife and I get our new couch.
