Went to the showroom and Celine was the associate assisting my wife and I. She showed us all of the different features based on what we believed we needed for our home, and she talked us through colors, fabric material, layout, customization, storage, special features, and more! Amazing worker who is very skilled at what she does. Made the whole process seamless, and we love our new couch beyond words. Thank you!
Assembling this couch is the hardest thing have ever done when it comes to putting together furniture. Everything is tight, the tolerances are unforgiving. Full body weight and more required to get parts to fit together as advertised. Pay for professional installation. This was horrible.
Greatest customer service/experience with Daphne! She was extremely knowledgeable, and very patient with all of our questions. She even worked with our 9 y/o and his questions.
