So 3rd order from Lovesac over past 3 years. This was placed Saturday with assistant manager Noell. It was for a home we're closing on 4/20. It was agreed to hold 8500.00 order at warehouse until 4/22. I get a call from current owner of home that 28 boxes were delivered to his driveway this afternoon. I've used website for 1st. No issues. Tried UTC store 2 times now and problems both times. Cancelled order with Noell and told him they will pick up. He said he was processing. I had a great experience in store. I received my stealth system yesterday. we spent hours trying to hook the system up. Customer service line was on hold for almost 4 hours and finally hung up around 10 o’clock last night. The system we received yesterday the subwoofer will not turn on. The left side speaker on the side arm cracks super loud. The right speaker arm on the top is cracking severely as well. Both side chargers do not work. Had a good experience in the store, but when my SuperSac arrived, and with it being over 5 days of having it now, I am extremely disappointed to say the least and will be taking every and any action to get my money back, because what I received feels and looks way different than what I sat in, in the store. Very disappointing considering an “ENLARGED BEAN BAG” cost me over $1,000 and I don’t even like it.

What a lovely chance meeting and purchase with Derek yesterday. Happened to visit mall for another store and just walked around a bit until we saw love sac store. Stopped in and met amazing young man Derek. He was so kind, knowledgeable and professional. He's why we made our purchases yesterday. We love the brand but he pushed it over the top! Thank you.
