I spent $12,000 on a LoveSac couch in August with an estimated delivery time of 8–10 weeks. What followed was months of delays, mistakes, and a complete lack of accountability from customer service. We ordered a sofa on Black Friday. The sofas are like puzzle pieces so we sought help at the store to make sure we got what we wanted. We needed to finance the sofa and we had a $350/ month set at our max budget. The sales person informed us the sofa would be delivered in 1-2 weeks and covers would be here in 6-8. 6 weeks after having the sofa only 1 cover was delivered. I wish I could give zero stars. My husband and I were in the process of moving and had some questions about sizing/color. We went to this location, since we no longer lived by the location in Greenwich. One of the employees (young girl) drafted up a paper, of exactly what we needed to order, based on what we told her we wanted. Lovesac is an amazing company. From the very first time we stepped into the store at the Danbury Fair Mall I knew that was the company I wanted to work with. Our sofa arrived on time and in perfect condition. When I had a problem with some of the cushion covers the company replaced all of them. Unbelievable, I was shocked. I can’t say enough great things about them. The most comfortable sofa I have ever owned, and I’ve rearranged it 3 times so all my friends think I had gotten new sofa’s.
