after a lot of research my husband and I were excited to start the steps to get our Lovesac. went to the Christiana store today and we were the only customers. the salesman complety ignored us. finally we asked for help and he flippantly told us it was over $2,400 for a piece and immediately went to greet someone else. we were ready to invest and instead left very hurt and angry. bad costumer service!
This store took good care of us!!! We cant wait to get our sofa and sac.
I haven't recieved my furniture yet as I just purchased today, but I experienced the BEST customer service!!
