They are doing some sorta donation drive which is fine, but as part of it they have a woman with a mic connected to the PA system and she keeps screaming over it everytime somone donates a dollar, the PA is loud and crackly and at one point was right next to me, and I already had a ehad ache and it was worse by the time I escaped that hell. Friendly staff. I just don't understand how these guys do not wash their hands after using the toilets.
I had a terrible experience at this Love’s Truck Stop. The staff were unprofessional and rude, and they clearly lacked the expertise to handle my truck. After wasting both my time and money, the issue was never fixed. I truly regret trusting them and will never return.
went to the repair shop at 7:45 and they said you have to wait an hour or an hour and a half and they kept me waiting until 10:30 and very politely told me we don't have time to do an inspection you can go and come back here in the morning. Their names are Avery and Vony. They were not doing anything here and were eating for an hour. For a good gas station in Love's for having such repairmen... and in the end the follow-up person who was at the repair shop inspected my car with great respect…
