Curtis Franklin should loose his job he forced us to buy another shower threatened to call the cops and walk in on my wife showering. Shower 5 has a broken lock and will not secure itself and anyone can just open the shower from the outside. Curtis was completely rude and would not give my wife another shower without charging us for another shower.
