Very disapointed my care taker called last night at almost 10 pm and asked if they had a 20 pound propane tank they said yes she drove out there purchased it and it took the money out of her account the guy took her out to recive it and he was dumbfounded they all where 15 pounds so now she has to wait until God knows when to get the money.back on her card so now if the power goes out the emergy heat is unexistent( they really should know the tank pounds they even told her to wait a minute so they can check with someone they... read more
Great stop
Been 2 months and the water in the showers is still barley warm ridiculous
The office and grocery store were clean, and the restrooms were usable. I would like to request improvements to the parking area; the surface is very uneven and there should be a proper exit from the parking lot because it's very difficult to turn around.
Extremely disappointing experience at this Love’s Travel Stop. I waited more than 1 hour for a shower while multiple showers were clearly available. Despite asking, staff did not want to open them and gave no proper explanation. Truck drivers rely on these services, and wasting this much time is frustrating and unprofessional.
