Extremely disappointing experience at this Love’s Travel Stop. I waited more than 1 hour for a shower while multiple showers were clearly available. Despite asking, staff did not want to open them and gave no proper explanation. Truck drivers rely on these services, and wasting this much time is frustrating and unprofessional.
Very clean showers
Apparently in NY and California, parking lines mean absolutely nothing. And this store obviously does nothing to enforce or address people parking in no parking areas. Have fun, everyone. Park where ever you’d like.
I have just started a dedicated account that runs out of this area and this loves will be where I take my breaks everyday. My wife and I went to get a shower and I asked an associate named Curtis for an extra towel. He had informed me there should be someone back by the showers. I went and checked and didn't see any associates back there.
