Poor customer service the lady running the registers at the current time 2:40 pm on 8/17/25 is aweful and bitchy to all of us who lined up as she checked coffee. The restrooms had trash laying all over the floor. I KNOW Love's can do better then this.
Terrible place. Our driver has always has a problem with fuel it is dull of dirt. Cost us almost 3K to clean 2 trucks already. Avoid. Personal is careless they always ready to call sherif on you if you complain about their service. DO NOT GET FUEL.
I stopped here today and had a very disappointing experience. The woman working as a cashier was unprofessional and seemed inexperienced. I had a $3 off coupon, and she refused to honor it without giving a proper reason. I’ve been an OTR driver for 14 years, and nothing like this has ever happened to me before. Because of this, I’ll be taking my business to another truck stop. I’m not losing anything by leaving, but they will lose a loyal customer.
Great food choices. Subway and Mickey D’S. Clean restrooms and showers. Friendly staff. Washers and dryers available.
