The truck care department crew are amazing. I needed some repairs done on my trailer due to my wheels smoking. I got here on the 18 th and they assessed my tires and explained what the issue was. It took a bit longer than the tech expected it to be but Hunter took the bull by the horns. David assisted Hunter by coming in from home during his off hours. Filthy floors and restrooms. No toilets were clean enough to use.
Happy holidays 5:39am I was having a lady problem, the cashier didn't greet me or anything, I told her what I had she took it scan it ,and the draw ,im standing there like where is my change,so she acted like she didn't owe me anything, I was my penny,she goes she didn't have any so has I was almost outside she was like I found one,I shook my head and left ,the toilets in the restroom was half wife also thank God I have wipes to wipe the toilet myself
The staff, specifically Tatiana and Nisha, were so nice and a joy on a long trip. Everything was clean and efficient and while I didn’t need assistance, I saw both helping customers kindly.
