So 2/3 Tuesday 12:47 checked in to get a trailer door fixed. I was told I had 8 trucks ahead of me. I was like ok, I’ll do my ten and wait my turn. Your sign says 24 hrs but it is not 24 hrs. Had to wait until they opened at 07:00 the next day. I was supposed to be the first truck in but they had road calls so I was pushed back again. I understand about road calls that they come first. Pls dnt utilize the Arby's at this location went back 3 times to have 1 order made correctly. Bacon Swiss chicken & hawian deluxe fish. All I asked was the order be cooked to order i dont mind waiting. The woman insisted it was but I wasnt 3x!!!! Pls avoid at all cost. I just didnt take it back. Just won't get my business ever again.
I am both humbled and thankful for their hospitality... So often as a society we take for granted the goodness in people's hearts. I promise this is not one of those times...
