I rarely leave negative reviews, but this Love’s location absolutely deserves one. The employees here are incredibly unmotivated and show no interest in helping customers. We waited over an hour for a shower while several shower rooms were sitting open but hadn’t been cleaned. Instead of getting them ready, the staff stood around talking, wasting time, and ignoring waiting customers. It felt like nobody cared that people had been waiting for so long.
