I can't tell you how many times I have stopped there and there is something wrong with the gas pumps and they have no gas. This time I went on 9/15/25 and the gas pumps were working but there was no wifi access for whatever reason and I was unable to pull up the love's app so I can get the fuel discount. I asked if they could still give me my discount they were very rude and told me no. Which being told no is okay as long as there could be an explanation and not just pure rude attitude. Clean, friendly staff, quick in and out
Excellent Loves truck stop. Very clean and friendly employees. Ate at Wendy’s, very clean and great customer service! The Subway looked nice too.
The Love’s in Carthage is super clean!!
