August 12, 2025, 10:10 pm. The passenger side window wouldn't raise up and a thunderstorm loomed near. I was approximately 90 minutes from home. Love's Truck Repair was my last hope to get my window up before the storm hit. I entered the Shop's lobby where two employees were talking shop. A man and a woman. Normally there okay but today there was only one side cashier was open and both employees were working, I was waiting in line for a print out and my turn came. The cashier that was wearing blue said I have to wait till the line finishes to get my print out printed. Even though I was in line. Very rude and they don’t appreciate other people’s time. What’s the point of line when I have to wait
