Maverick about 20 miles plus back west closed the doors on my husband. He needed to use the restroom and get a water to take his medicine. The 2 young cashiers working shut the whole store down claiming they were short handed. We drove to Las Cruces Loves (Wendy's/Subway) and treated like royalty!! Thank you Shirley for being so so kind after the very unpleasant experience at Maverick 🙂🙂
Clean bathrooms and smiling helpful employees!
Very rude chunky lady employee.I go there every week. She always looking mad, Rude with customers over bag fees. Guy asking for receipt for fuel she was rude and he waited over ten minutes. They need to work on her customer service.
We visited this Love’s location to exchange an item we had purchased just the day before. We had the original receipt and everything in order. The store clerk called the manager, Samantha Arce, for assistance and approval. From the moment she arrived, she was dismissive and told us the exchange couldn’t be done—even though we had all the required documentation.
