Been here for 4 hours for an oil change and fuel filters. Ask what the hold up is and they say they are waiting on filters from another location. Probably going to be here another 2 hours by the looks of it. Very disappointed.

Not up to Love's usual standards
I do not recommend this Love's if you use the Loves app for a discount on gas. I stopped to fill up and the code reader at the pump AND the touchpad were both out of service. So I went inside to scan my barcode and explained I wanted to fill up so I wasn't sure of the exact amount. I was told any extra would be refunded to me ina couple of days. I finish in the fuel pump and the lady tell me I have to move my truck because I was blocking a gas pump, I wasn't, I go forward so I can use the restroom and she was rude for no reason.
