Everyone standing around Including Two managers (which didn't want to give their names..) except the one elder black woman ?!. Those two managers huddle up in the corners talking and laughing while the line is literally by the door(5-8ppl waiting to check out). I figured bc this loves in near the city it could be different but clearly Not. The manager with an grey shirt and one with red. I'm not coming back here again

When I call and ask politely if you can do an intercom announcement to move these trucks that are waiting over 10 minutes and the fuel is and have over five trucks behind them because they blocked everybody because I don’t know how to park… Yeah, so if you called to get help from the store, they might treat you a little rudely. This place is a mess. On a time frame avoid this area. Posted the truck that decided to hold up everyone. Warren get moving.

This location gets a lot of traffic, mostly large truck traffic. It's small for that amount of traffic. There is limited parking, limited seating inside, and sometimes long waits for showers. The staff do the best with what they have to work with.

Checked in at 0945 at store #281 for a simple alternator check, was told there's no mechanic on duty until 3pm. I said fine , the attendant said he would take my information and put me in que and after 3 someone would call me when they were ready for me. This was May 31st and it's now 0605 on June 1st and as of this moment I STILL haven't received that call.
