I’m not a trucker but needed a potty break and fuel for the car. Both pronto. So on the interstate, I eyed the sign for an upcoming Love’s Travel Stop in Patterson. Off I go. The gas pumps have a tap feature which gives me a better peace of mind when using my card. They even have a dog rest area which is next to the gas pump area. There are two gated artificial turf areas, one fur small (30 pounds or less) and other fur big dogs. Those areas are not shaded though and the valley summer heat is no joke.
