I am filing a complaint regarding extremely unprofessional behavior at your Love’s location. I came to book a shower, and it was clearly available in my official Love’s app. The employee at the desk refused to book it, claimed it was “just a screenshot,” and said he did not believe me. I was showing the live app, not a screenshot. Instead of checking the system or helping a customer, he chose to argue and dismiss me. This is unacceptable.
