The old lady at front is too rude, even not replying me properly, just ignoring me Totally wasting time, we don’t have enough time in our eld to waste 30 minutes here.
Firstly, the input keypad for pumps 19, 20, and 21 didn't work. I can't drive the truck from pump to pump! Secondly, manager Courtney is completely incompetent at her job; she doesn't know how to use the relay code. She doesn't even listen to what customers are asking for.... She was rude and refused to fill up the truck using the relay code. I had to use the company's emergency card to fill up.
