Lady working on Sept 18, 2025 at around 4.30 pm at the fuel desk was not welcoming. There was no such thing as customer service if we see her example. Some one needs to look into this. Otherwise clean store. Would think twice before stopping here. Good day!

I’ve visited Love’s Travel Center a few times recently, and unfortunately, I’ve had repeated negative experiences with one of the front desk staff members. On multiple occasions (2-3 times), I felt I was treated rudely and unfairly, with behavior that came across as both disrespectful and racially biased. I had to get a mudflap put on and a wonderful mechanic named Gage replaced it with a quickness. Super friendly and helpful. He definitely needs to be recognized by management. Thanks a lot Gage! Oh and Robert was pretty cool too coming over to distract Gage. lol
