They had a defective air gauge on the machine after I already paid and wouldn’t comp me the difference and wouldn’t borrow a tire gauge without requiring my license or a credit card in escrow.
I am usually satisfied with all Loves. But this one needs really good and hard shower cleaning. Parking in not convenient too
7/30/25 Update to Loves response: I use the EXACT SAME credit card for the thousands of miles I drive. NO OTHER FUEL STOP PUTS THE EXORBITANT HOLD ON THAT CARD. it's only YOUR STATIONS. Don't blame the issuers! Typical corporate scripted cop-out answer It's OK. The only thing I despise is that on my trips up and down, the I 81 corridor is that out of all the fuel stops, Loves is the only chain that puts a $175 hold on your credit card when you buy gas. No complaints as a professional driver. Prefer parking at Loves but prefer the Pilots coffee. Loves does serve a decent cup of coffee.
