This Loves is the exact opposite of what Loves standards are. The exterior of this Loves makes a garbage dump look pretty. There’s garbage EVERYWHERE!!! Every single outside garbage can is overflowing plus there’s garbage scattered all over the ground everywhere!!! And the men’s bathroom desperately needed to be cleaned. Only reason I give 1 star is for the staff being friendly like they should be.

They make you sit in shop office for any work but they dont have a bathroom, yet I can go to a TA and stay in my truck, this is why I prefer TA for service.

I have never been to a Love’s where everyone is southern friendly. I’m a TD from Mississippi, so everyone pretty much greets you with a smile. 2.6.2026 the guy with the medium length hair with nice glutes was supppppeeerrrr kind very helpful. The lady with the cute top neat bun was absolutely adorable, well mannered and patient. The manager bald guy about 5’7/8 was helpful. I check in for a break adjustment is for 3 PM they told me wait. We will call you after 30 minutes. I go back after two hours. I ask why you didn’t call me. He say we are a little bit busy please wait. I say OK. I go back 7:30 PM again. I ask you again why you didn’t call me he just laughing. I know they’re just woke up by hours. They take for time for for no reason. My time runner is at 8:31 PM. I came 3 PM. I’m still waiting. No one call me. I lost my whole hours from here.
