Very poor customer service on two occasions. Two weeks ago, I was on my cellphone when an employee told me I needed to pick up a piece of paper I dropped. Surprised at her comment, I noticed a small piece of the drink wrapper on the floor. I actually wanted to get it up, but she looked disgusted.
