Did all loves change where you can’t call them directly but have to go through a call center in like Pakistan or something? Took forever while he was trying to get all kinds of information, then when I finally got transferred to the shop the shop guy was taking so long that I was on the phone for roadside assistance to close to half an hour and finally had to just hang up and try to find someone else.
