Absolute waste of time if youre a commercial driver on a tight deadline. Chronically understaffed. Filthy. The lot lizards have lice.
BEWARE .. this is shop will rip you off. We just did ...dry van Left side One wheel ONLY ..NEW drum, break shoe , brake chamber ,slack adjuster ..we was forts to replace the wheel as well . They did ALL of that for 2 hours ..but the charges are 1h per each item . even so to replace the drum & break shoe on the same axel is the same job , you CANT charge double for the same thing , so the total bill is for that is 2,080$ ...
Just got ripped off on repair at the shop. Was given a quote by Austin and than completely different price at the end. I understand quote is not exact, but he told me one and then completely different story. He literally lied and as from the way he did he does that all the time. He just hanged up and no care. Deal with it. Super unprofessional and shady. If that how Love's start operating won't be long before a lawsuit. Definitely, deceiving business practices.
