Yall need to hire someone else seriously that girl with the blue dreads literally takes the simple task of making a sandwich and turns it into a miserable experience. Anytime we come in to eat subway she either flat out denies to get supplies for the sandwiches/flatbreads or makes the customer feel like they are bothering her for asking for a SANDWICH. Their staff consistently under performs. And depending on the crew, in the evening they disable the shower que so drivers thing the showers are down. All so they dont have to clean the showers. But if u go inside, all of a sudden you can get a shower at the register, just not on the app. The whole store is dirty. Its comparable to the loves on I-35 in san antonio.

If I could rate this Loves location with a 0 I would. Absolutely a very big disappointment. Showers were closed in the app but I still called to make sure. They told me they had just opened that morning due to renovation. My husband and I stopped by after a long drive expected to shower and rest and was the worst experience ever. Showers had soap scum and dirt everywhere. Employess were very rude and if you asked a question you will get a respond with an attitude. I will definetely not stay here again.
