They always greet you, when you walk in. They have just about everything you could possibly think of for a travel shop and some. Always convenient for anything you need. They have a pizza place, and Chester's Chicken. Never tried the pizza. The chicken is kind of hit or miss. Sometimes it is so salty, and sometimes it is actually, really good. It's a one-stop shop!

Waited 3 hours for 80 gallons propane, no one would pump it. Told manager would pump it @ 0700, then told he doesn’t come in until 8. Wasn’t there @ 0830 either. Worst customer service of any Loves location in southwest us.

I decided to spend the night at the truck stop because the unloading place is about 5 minutes away. The problem is that I own a van and I can't spend the night with the trucks because I take up a large truck space. I decided to spend the night in the front. At two o'clock, the red-haired lady came to me. I think she works for security. She told me to leave here. I answered her with all respect, "Okay, give me 5 minutes." I have been driving for years and I never had someone wake me up at 1:30 am saying they don't allow box trucks on the parking lot. I fill $1500 every week at Loves for them to make me move in the middle of the night with no time on my log. First time in Phoenix and my last for sure.
