Lady at the register today at 9am who was also cleaning the bathroom cost me my refill points. I kept showing her I processed it by logging in so I can speed up the process and not hold a Line and as I’m showing her on the phone it’s says all set you may walk out she continues to be argumentative I ended up paying and lost a whole refill points. We always stop at Love’s to get gas & take advantage of the dog park. I was very surprised to see trash piled up behind the dog park! Also not a fan of self check out that is at this location. There was a cashier there, but she was in her phone the whole time! Give customers the option to have a cashier to check customers out. Miss the welcoming voices when we come into the store!
