Horrible delivery service. Ordered a mattress over 2 weeks ago with a delivery date of today and a window between 11-2. Confirmed delivery 4 times over the last 2 days. Received a call at noon today telling me there was a transfer issue and the mattress wasn't put on the truck and the soonest for delivery is next Tuesday. Unacceptable!!! How does a mattress not make it on the truck. I understand mistakes happens, but whatever happened to making it right. I keep getting the run around with speaking to a manager. Too expensive for the quality. Salesman that stalked us was unknowledgeable, if that's a word.
Not enough help 4 the customers. I wondered around quite awhile B4 getting noticed & that's because I'm shopping with an 88yo elderly gentleman who has trouble with his mobility.
