I really can't say enough good things about my experience here! The staff were so friendly, (especially Owen!) helpful, knowledgeable and SUPER accommodating! Customer service as it should be. I was shopping for a lift recliner that I needed ASAP and was surprised at their vast assortment of chairs that could fit every style and budget. I highly recommend checking them out for sure!
Unprofessional with customers
Went into the Lyons NY Store. Purchased a new couch and recliner for my home but due to stock issues, had to be ordered from manufacturer. Delivery was never completed to my home and before an appointment was officially made, went into store and spoke to the manager and origainal sales rep. Informed them that I can no longer take the furniture I ordered and requested a cancellation and full refund. Was gifted a $2,000 couch from a family member from here 2 months ago and decided to wash the removable covers for the first time and after just one wash the covers look like they’ve been washed 20 times and 1 cushion actually came apart leaving a 10 inch hole and have to now go pay for a tailer to fix it. Not worth the money imo.
