Didnt really get to review the store because they turned off the lights as we approached the door at 6:10 Monday eve. Very frustrating because we specifically drove there to buy a memory foam mattress and the website stated that they close at 7 on weekdays. When we got to the door, the sign said they close at 6. Pretty unprofessional. Their loss (aside from my wasted time) as we will have to go elsewhere to purchase Nectar mattress.

After shopping at all the big stores in Monroe County and finding out that they were deceptive about inventory, price and continually tried to upsell me on furniture I didn't want I decided to try loves Furniture in Newark. Tom went above and beyond! We found carpet out of state and he researched the closest match AND accommodated a last minute install when others could not. He answered my endless questions and helped guide me every step of the way. Tom’s professionalism and assistance proves that local and family owned is BEST. Love’s has earned our business from here on!!
Highly recommend this place! I needed a bed for my daughter, walked into the store not knowing they were closing in five minutes. The gentleman working, even though he was closing and had dinner plans with his family on a Friday night, had me follow him to the warehouse so we could look at beds. Very patient and kind! I was skeptical about a bed coming in a box but it was so satisfying to see it come together out of the box! Happy daughter = happy momma! Thank you again so much!
